Certifying Organization Application

A certifying organization is an entity that is approved to review and verify a volunteer’s hours and order and distribute the President’s Volunteer Service Awards. This application must be completed by the organization that is interested in presenting the President’s Volunteer Service Award. All information requested in the application must be completed in order for your application to be submitted.

Important information

The President's Volunteer Service Award program holds approved certifying organizations under the highest esteem and expects these organizations to adhere to all criteria and protocol outlined in Terms and Conditions. The PVSA administration team vets all organizations that request to participate in the President’s program.

This form must be completed to be considered as an official certifying organization authorized to deliver the President’s Volunteer Service Award. All information is required. Please add applications@presidentialserviceawards.gov email to your address book to confirm you will receive your approval and all correspondence from the President’s Volunteer Service Award team.

Step 1

You are required to complete a short e-course on program participation before you can continue to the online application. Once completed, you will receive an e-course completion code to include with your application. If you already have a course completion code, please enter it here.
